Movie Vital is committed to complying with copyright law and responding to allegations of copyright infringement. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
If you believe that content on Movie Vital infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be effective, the notice must be in writing and include the following information as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Example: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
